This website, shelflinecommerce.com (the "Site"), is operated by SHELFLINE COMMERCE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17345566, with its registered office at Office 1448, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR, United Kingdom ("Shelfline Commerce," "we," "us," or "our").
By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Independent retailer
Shelfline Commerce is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by the brands whose products we sell. All brand names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the genuine products offered for sale.
3. Products
All products we sell are new, unused, and genuine, supplied in their original packaging. We make every effort to display products, packaging, and colors accurately, but packaging designs may vary as manufacturers update them, and colors may appear differently on different screens.
Product descriptions are provided for general information. Fragrance and skincare products may cause reactions in some people; please review the ingredient list on the packaging and patch-test where appropriate.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the product to you. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud or reselling, or if there is a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we will refund you in full.
We may limit quantities per order or per customer.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details. If you pay with Klarna, Klarna's own terms also apply.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States only. Shipping rates, processing times, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier-confirmed address.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Use of the Site
